R&T Legacy Fire Prevention was founded by Ivan Rangel, an Executive Chef who has spent years inside commercial kitchens — managing operations, navigating inspections, and understanding firsthand the real consequences of neglected exhaust systems.

Built in memory of Hugo Arturo Rangel Torres, whose passing was unforeseen at 35 — his life cut short far too soon. His commitment to protecting kitchens and preventing fire hazards continues through this work.
